What we collect

Contact form: name, organization, work email, the topic you select and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs: our web server records IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and user-agent strings for security and operations. Logs rotate automatically.

No analytics or advertising cookies are set by this website.

How inquiries are processed

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend (Resend, Inc.), which acts as our email processor. The submission is not stored in a database by this website.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete them when they no longer serve a purpose.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your request prior to entering a potential agreement, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Write to info@viadena.com and we will respond.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In Denmark this is Datatilsynet.
